Our founder began her career at Deloitte, where she trained and qualified as a chartered accountant, before leaving to start up Equilibrium in 2013. Her pioneering spirit and passion for small business accounting is matched only by her love of music, her family, and the great outdoors.
She's also a bit of a geek, but we love her anyway.
HANNAH AINSCOUGH
Accounts Manager
Hannah joined Equilibrium in 2017 after being told that she couldn't marry into the family without joining the family business first. Thankfully, she already had experience in accounting and was happy to take up the challenge, so she proved the perfect fit, in more way than one.
Hannah manages most of the bookkeeping for our clients, helping them manage everything from sales invoice creation to credit control and beyond. This woman is a real whiz with a spreadsheet.

HANNAH AINSCOUGH
